Comfortable and fairly clean rooms. the unit has been recently upgraded and feels modern. the bedding is fresh and the bed is very comfy, making for a restful stay 😊.

The units are spotless with 1 king bed.

Stayed for 2 nights in this exceptionally comfortable place, liked that. The location for San Francisco was amazing, adjacent to the bus station, the buses right outside the door and the San Francisco market. Richmond district was definitely worth visiting. They offered us great meals, had variety of options to choose from. Overall the service was terrific.

The breakfast at this place was fantastic, with delicious dishes that we both enjoyed.

It's on a frequent bus line, it's a block off fun-to-wander Clement Street, and it's a block away from Park Presidio which takes you directly north over the GGBridge or south to the Peninsula

I stayed here 1 night and really enjoyed it. the location was nice and ideal, on the avenue, convenient to go everywhere. it was a short walk to the Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Walt Disney Family Museum.

We love the coffee dispenser in the lobby - it offers lots of options.

We could have used more towels and a small table in the room, as we play cards when we travel.

Its location was good, close enough to Bouduin bakery and other places to eat as well as the Legion of Honor Museum.

The location here is wonderful, only a short walk from a beautiful rose garden and right in front of a bus stop, which was a great convenience.

This hotel was in the middle of everything. Literaly less than 5 miles from the famous parks, bridge and fishermans wharf. For the price I expected decent what I got was way more than excellent. Great staff. Clean rooms. Remodled/updated bathroom. New and clean decor. Satalite tv. Great free coffee.

Conveniently located not far from Congregation Beth Sholom. Easy access to transportation with a bus station in front. - Recently renovated rooms with modern amenities such as a coffee maker and ample hot water in the shower.

The room was really inexpensive 79.99 a night on the weekend. The king bed room had a small table with 2 chairs, a dresser, tv (cable), refrigerator, coffee pot, 2 night stands, alarm clock, and a big closet. The room was very clean. The sheets and pillowcases smelled so clean and the bed was really comfortable. The best part about the room was the bathroom. It was the nicest bathroom of any hotels I've stayed at. It had granite counter tops and a granite shower stall. It was also very clean and had a hair dryer. The check in went very smoothly and the desk guy was very friendly. He even turned the juice machine back on for me after the breakfast time was over. The breakfast was only juice and small pastries, but thats expected at the great price. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Free parking and WIFI!

The location was perfect, near shops, stores, and restaurants. It was around a 10-15 minute walk from the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden.
